Data handled by the extension

SubmitFlow may handle the following information when the user chooses to use the corresponding feature:

• Product profile values entered by the user, such as product name, website, description, category, logo URL, and contact email.
• Imported spreadsheet rows from CSV, TSV, pasted cells, or a public Google Sheets link selected by the user.
• Target website URLs and task status records.
• Public metadata from a product website selected by the user.
• Labels, placeholders, field names, and values on a webpage that the user explicitly asks SubmitFlow to scan or fill.

插件仅在用户主动操作时处理产品资料、导入表格、目标网址、任务状态、公开网页元数据， 以及用户要求扫描或填写的网页表单字段。

How data is used

SubmitFlow uses this information only to provide its form-filling and local task-tracking features:

• Suggest mappings between spreadsheet columns and form fields.
• Fill high-confidence form fields after a user action.
• Read public website metadata into a reusable profile.
• Pause tasks that require login, registration, CAPTCHA, email verification, or payment.
• Export submission results when requested by the user.

数据仅用于字段映射、用户触发的表单填写、公开元数据读取、本地任务跟踪和结果导出。

Local storage

SubmitFlow stores reusable profile values, imported task data, and task progress locally in the browser using chrome.storage.local. Removing the extension clears this locally stored data.

SubmitFlow does not store passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens, CAPTCHA answers, or two-factor authentication codes.

插件通过 chrome.storage.local 在浏览器本地保存资料和任务进度。 插件不会保存密码、登录 Cookie、会话令牌、验证码答案或两步验证码。

Data sharing and transmission

SubmitFlow does not send user data to servers controlled by the developer.

When the user explicitly requests an action, the extension may communicate directly with a user-selected website:

• Reading public metadata from a product website.
• Loading a public Google Sheets CSV export selected by the user.
• Filling a form on a target website selected by the user.

Any form submission is completed in the user's browser and remains subject to the destination website's own privacy policy and terms.

插件不会把用户数据发送到开发者服务器。只有在用户明确操作后，插件才会直接访问用户 选择的产品网站、公开 Google Sheets 或目标提交网站。

Remote code

SubmitFlow does not download or execute remote code. Website recipes and imported spreadsheets are data only and cannot contain executable JavaScript.

插件不会下载或执行远程代码。网站规则和导入表格只能作为数据使用。

Limited Use disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This policy may be updated when SubmitFlow adds or changes features. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes.
